Testimonials

Reflections from clients and collaborators on the impact, care, and professionalism at the heart of the therapeutic work

I have worked with Tracy on two occasions; the success I had with her on the first occasion, dealing with addiction, led me to seek her help again. Upon dealing with addiction I was left with a number of mental health issues regarding, as Tracy identified, unresolved traumas. Tracy, by her character and experience, is able to create an atmosphere which enabled me to discuss with her events from my past, which I haven't been able to discuss before. She listened to everything intently and empathetically, carefully gathering the information she required. Then, using EMDR, which prior to this second period of therapy I had no knowledge of, Tracy was able to re-process these past traumas with me. The change was recognisable instantly. The intrusive thoughts that had been causing significant distress for myself and at times, my partner had reduced in both, severity and frequency. The results and improvements from the EMDR to my mental health were instantly recognisable. I had a very positive experience with Tracy with quantifiable results, for which I am very grateful.

Client

In a world that can be so full of difficulties, Tracy has provided such a safe, consistent and trusting space in which she hears me, understands me and so completely cares about me however I show up. I have such a want and a hope to be the best me and she has always had such an unwavering belief in me. I have gained so much knowledge and I can acknowledge growth if I recognise it, which in itself is huge and not at all possible if it weren't for Tracy. I will forever say that words truly are not enough to explain the depth of gratitude I have for her and for the space that she provides. She has always shown me that I am worthy even when I've been so full of doubt. This isn't just her job, Tracy puts her heart and soul into this and that is not an experience I have ever had before, and I feel so very honoured that it is one I've had with Tracy.

Michael Rawlinson

I cannot recommend Tracy highly enough. Her empathy, understanding, and professionalism have been invaluable in supporting me with a number of issues including CPTSD. Partly through using EMDR therapy, Tracy has helped me manage some problematic eating patterns with care and insight, always providing a safe and structured space for progress. Her extensive knowledge, clear communication, and genuine humanity have made an incredible difference in sorting through difficult emotions and behaviours. Tracy is combines being a skilled therapist with geniuses and compassion to help people through the most challenging of times.
